Exceptional. Lovely older home set in a beautiful garden. The host was gracious and the breakfast delicious.
Excellent stay!!! Jerry(the host) was very hospitable and done all his best to help his guests.
Comfortable, Historic property with a pleasant host. It was fine for one overnight stop.
We thought our stay was lovely. Felt like home. Jerry was extremely helpful on directions/sites. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. It was delicious and filling. I did not need more to eat until evening. Jerry is a very good host. The location was good since we had a car. Close to Motorway, grocery store, or a 30 minute walk to city centre.
A peaceful haven. Gerry our host was wonderful, he could not have been more helpful.Breakfast was great, homemade scones, bread, porridge, cereals, nuts and seeds. Beautifully presented and great coffee. He had a lovely study/ reading room/ bar where I spent a quiet few hours there. It is in a lovely quiet cul de sac.
Lovely stay in a lovely house. Lovely house and amazing breakfast.
Exceptional. Quiet location yet close to all Ennis has to offer. With restaurants required to close at 8oc due to regulations, our host Gerry drove us to town, ensuring we had plenty if time to enjoy the hospitality in the Old Ground restaurant. Top class host.
Superb. Lovely family run house in a very quiet location.
Beautiful, characterful and stylish house with a real sense of luxury and a friendly welcome. Breakfast is continental style, rather than cooked. An excellent selection of fresh fruit, nuts and berries, plus granola, fresh bread and scones.
Exceptional. Nutrious refreshing breakfast - elegant presentation. Outstanding scones!
Superb. The charm of an old house, 2 km from the center, quiet, welcoming host, good breakfast.
Exceptional. Beautiful old stone farmhouse built in 1853. Restored to perfection. It is unbelievably quiet and peaceful there. Calling the breakfast a continental breakfast is truly doing it an injustice. This is not a cling film wrapped danish a box of cornflakes and a green banana😀 Gerry had baked us fresh scones and bought fresh baked bread along with a smorgasbord of delicious fruits, fresh coffee, parfaits, granolas and OJ. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast immensely. He even went and bought us two loafs of bread to take home after we had remarked on how delicious it was. He was so helpful friendly and informative about the area. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
